Cramping this month
Hi all fellow glowers,
I've been trying to conceive since I had my iud removed in April. This particular has been a little bit different...I spotted for like 3 extra days after AF. I have this weird cramp at the bottom of my stomach before and after cycle. I usually can feel when I'm ovulating but the ovulating period was supposedly over yesterday. They feel like still period cramps..any suggestions on what to do?
