Getting pregnant on the pill

I got pregnant on the pill in May, but if I’m being honest I didn’t wait the whole 7 days to have unprotected sex (I wasn’t told too and I’m new to birth control)

I had an abortion, educated myself and now I’m on the pill again. I jusy started it, I’m waiting 7 days to have sex and taking it at the same time everyday

But I’m scared that I’ll get pregnant again because me and my partner don’t use condoms or pull out

What are my chances of getting pregnant?

I’ve read that the pill is 99% effective but I’ve also it’s 97%-91% effective

Update: I have tried the implant and I’ve had 4 IUDs and they all rejected, I’ve also tried the nuva ring

I will not be trying the shot or the patch so the pill is my only option. Also I’m on the same brand of pills just a higher dose
