I have always had cold sores when I'm unwell or stressed so yesterday I wake up and bang one in the middle of my bottom lip I called the midwife as my sister In Law said they are dangerous for babies and pregnancy but they said I will be fine today I wake up and have two more my bottom lip looks like I had dodgy Botox so I walk to the local pharmacy to get a cream suitable for pregnancy hope they go soon hate getting them
