Hemorrhoid helllllp

So (tmi) I have had hemorrhoids for awhile during pregnancy and they do sometimes cause some discomfort or bleeding, but within the past few days I have developed hemorrhoids that hurt so bad they take my breath away sometimes. I have the prep H medicated wipes, but I was wondering if anyone has any miracle solutions that have worked for them? The wipes provide some relief but they still seem to be the same size. I’ll also add that I don’t have a bath I can soak in currently.
