TMI PIC spotting during pregnancy

Help! I’m around 8 weeks today and felt like I had discharge and saw this, was only light pink when I wiped. I have “cramping” but I’m so constipated and trying to poop that I thought it was from that!!! I can’t go to the ER due to not having insurance yet so I’m scared! Does this look okay?
