Pain in left thigh

So I’m 26 weeks on Monday and I’ve been getting these extreme pains in my left thigh. Like when I lay on it or when i move the wrong way or too quickly. It is an instant jolt of pain shooting through. Feels like it’s on fire. I talked to my dr about it and she said it’s probably nerve pain and didn’t say anything else about it. But it’s suuuper painful. Anyone else get this?
