Aneixty and Periods ....
I have anxiety and minor depression after having my first child back in November 2018. I am currently still on medication for both. I wanted to know if anyone else experiencing higher anxiety and panic attacks right before their period starts (days) then the rest of the month isn’t nearly as bad.
