I’m 4 days late for my period , I don’t think I’m pregnant but I’m pretty paranoid . I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative . I also have irregular periods , EX; I had two periods last month. Any advice on how to make ur period come?

No but hold a couple more days and see . It could be stress or if your taking any medication it will delay for a while

Wow I’m glad I’m not the only one. But I’ll tell you to try to relax and not stress out. I also had my period twice last month too. And took a pregnancy test for it to say no. Try to stay calm and relax. My period 3 days late and i was stressing but once I took the pregnancy test. I calm down. Stress can also make your period late!
