Soap scum in the tub

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting soap scum/staining off of a tub? I just got done trying to scrub it with dawn and vinegar but haven’t had much luck. When I bought the condo a year ago it was vacant for a few months and an old bath mat was still sitting on it.
