Newly pregnant and feeling clueless

Question

My husband and I found out we are expecting after quitting trying and being told I couldn't do it on my own (needed medication) and ended up Pregnant 10 DAYS after that appointment. We just found out 2 nights ago when I took my last 2 tests on a whim. We are shocked and excited! I'd love to know what helped you all prepare!! Any links, apps, books, etc. Classes? Thanks in advance ladies 🥰

Congrats!! If you're interested in breastfeeding, this book was so helpful! Also Ina Mae's Guide to Childbirth, What To Expect When You're Expecting and Happiest Baby on the Block. Look up Taking Cara Babies on Instagram to learn about baby schedule's/sleep and you can pay to take her newborn class - it was super helpful as a FTM.

This one helped me a lot. I also took a Hypnobabies class because I wanted to be unmedicated - it really did work well and kept me stress free throughout pregnancy. After 38 hours of labor and four hours pushing though, my baby couldn’t fit through my pelvic bones and they gave me an epidural while I waited for my c-section. Turns out an epidural still let me feel - just without pain. So If I had to do it over, I’m not sure which I’d pick. Long story short - id still recommend Hypnobabiesas a learning about pregnancy course as well as stress reduction. 😍
