I am trying to figure out a birth control for me. The pill gives me crazy side effects. The shot made me spot the whole time plus a month after. The patch isn't supposed to be used long term. I don't want the tube because if I have effects it's difficult to take out. I am interested in Paragaurd because it has no hormones, which my body tends to not like. But I also have very bad cramps and have been on and off birth control because of that. I wanted to know people's experiences with the Paragaurd and also Skyla. Please tell me about your periods and any side effects and also the insertion process. Thank you!!
