I don’t usually have to do anything for ovulation cramps because mine are very mild. But I would imagine you could do what you’d do for period cramps. Pain reliever like ibuprofen may help and a heating pad or a hot bath. Exercise helps too so try going for a walk if you can!

I get a tiny twinge at ovulation but I also take 1 ibuprofen either day of or day before to dull it down because ovulation usually brings 1 surprise symptom with it.
