I had my second appointment today. I'm 9w1d.  All she did was ask to make sure I was okay and reviewed my blood work from my last appointment. She said it was prob too early to find a heartbeat. She tried and couldn't find one. I now have to wait until 13 weeks to finally get an ultrasound. I'm sad bc I thought today would be more exciting. I have no history of previous pregnancies and I'm not considered high risk. Is it normal to wait this long? I wanted to tell my family after the first scan, but it seems kind of late to me.
