38 weeks today! Getting nervous!

Now that Im 38 weeks, the nerves are setting in about giving birth. I think what is getting to me the most is the fact that I don’t know who my birth team will be (nurses, doctors ect...) I also have a history of panic attacks and anxiety. I will be discussing all this with my doctor tomorrow, but is there anything you ladies are doing to combat that? I just would love to have nurses that will be supportive, and it’s making me nervous that idk the type of person that will be on call the night I go into labor
