What are you taking to relieve constipation?
I’m 5 and a bit weeks, I’ve always suffered with constipation around my period with hormone changes and manage it with my diet and Ducolax.
But it’s Sunday night I can’t phone the doctor to check what I can have, and I need to get the pain relieved as quick as possible.
