Life after Nexplanon

Hey!

I used to get my period for 4 days heavy and spotting for 1. Then I went on nexplanon and no longer had periods for the next 10 years. I came off nexplanon last year to see if it improved my mental health (it did big style btw) and now I’m back to having my period again regularly but my periods are now around 1 day heavy and 1-2 days spotting?

It’s been about a year and a half since I came off nexplanon. Any idea why I have really short periods now?
