Low carb/calorie recipes or advice
Hello all! I am looking to lose about 10-15 pounds in fat. I know I can’t target body fat but it sheds everywhere little by little. I am really trying to eat as low carb and clean as I can with exceptions here and there. I eat very very lean beef, chicken, and tuna. I include healthy fats and veggies and fruit. I also usually Drink a lot of water. I haven’t budged any. I am so close to being where I want to be and I feel so far away. My husband and I are trying to exercise but it’s easier said than done. Are there any recipes you may have or maybe some advice when it comes to diet? Please and thank you!
