What should I do?

Hi everyone. So I’m so confused on what is happening to my body. I am usually 28 cycle 4 day that I lasts. My last period was July 24-27,2020. I haven’t Gotten my period yet. Yesterday I had cm with pinkish blood when I wiped. And I still haven’t gotten my period. I took pregnant tests and all of them been negative. What should I do?
