15 weeks postpartum and this...

Ladies I just had my daughter (first born) 15 weeks ago and I have been extremely careful with my husband and then two days ago I started feeling yucky and decided to take a test and got this. Is this a positive hcg test because I just had my daughter or am I freaking pregnant again and about to die...??? Hmmm

This literally came up 30 seconds after taking it and I’m so confused and overwhelmed!!!!
