PP depression?
Has anybody experienced PP Depression towards 11-12 months after?
My sons almost 1 but for the past 4 months I’ve been very different, crying, breakdowns, sleeping all the time, getting sad and mad about everything feeling hopeless and helpless... useless.
Idk what to do.
