Yogurt 🧐

Da

I’ve been feeding my son whole-milk yogurt (stonyfield) since he was 6 months old and he LOVES it. However it’s SO much more expensive than most yogurts and money is really tight lately since my hours at work have been cut in half due to the pandemic.

I typically like eating vanilla Greek yogurt with granola for me and we could save sooo much money if I just bought a big tub of it for the both of us to eat instead of getting two separate kinds of yogurt.

Can I switch him to just a normal Greek yogurt? He has 2-3 cups of whole milk a day and he has a pretty balanced diet in my opinion, so I don’t think he’ll be missing out on the nutrients since we can make them up in other ways. I’m just conflicted and not sure and wasn’t able to get an answer one way or the other by researching and speaking with his doctor. What kind of yogurt do you give your little ones?
