friends and family meeting newborn !?

I know everyone has different rules and regulations for having friends and family meet the little one especially with covid being around I am scheduled for an induction this week and the grand parents on both sides want to visit I am thinking
NO KISSES
MUST WEAR MASK
WASH HANDS 
what is everyone’s plans on this !? Am I being to much

After talking with our soon to be pediatrician we are asking our family (as it is grandparents and siblings only right now allowed to meet the soon to come baby) to wear long sleeves, wash their hands, they must be masked and no kissing.
We've made it clear that if they don't like it they don't get to hold baby and we would do a meet and greet from a distance
I am not in a hot spot but I am willing to change to more strict or less strict as recommended by his doctor. My family is mostly on board and siblings are opting for free covid testing our state is offering for everyone piece of mind before they meet him.

only my parents have met the baby so far and that’s bc they were around me my entire pregnancy.
I said no kissing and my mom immediately forgot 🙄

Im due tomorrow, and i was only going to let the new grandparents visit and noone else. Anyone else can facetime or whatever. When the grandparents come, i was thinking wash hands AND sanitize and i still cant decide if they should be masked, have to finalize with the husband. Weve been really distant from everyone thru this and dont want to just throw that away now, but we also just feel bad, as noone takes that news lightly. My husband got in an argument with his sister over us not wanting visitors right now while we are waiting for baby, especially she came from Florida where it was getting bad! So things are crazy.

This is where I stand - No one is seeing the baby before vaccinations and until covid is around no one holds/touches the baby either. To each their own tho. Everyone needs to do a proper and personal risk assessment 🤷🏻‍♀️

I haven’t had anything finalized yet because I want to know how I feel when baby is here. But definitely no kisses and masks must be worn.  Just close family allowed to come. I’m debating if I’m going to let anyone hold him 😐 I don’t know if that seems too much though. Where I’m from we were hit very hard with covid and I know a lot of people who got sick and people who have passed away. So maybe I’m being extra cautious.
