I need some help or advice! I’ve been recently let go from my job because I’m pregnant, just wasn’t convenient for them. I have reported this to ACAS, but god knows when they will do something.

No one is going to employ a pregnant lady now, and especially with the pandemic. I am claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance.

Now don’t get me wrong, my husband has a good and steady job and earns well. Thankfully we don’t have any debts and we’re gonna be okay! But how the hell am I supposed to buy baby stuff! I’ve been looking at Facebook and things like that. But if we have to watch every penny I have no clue how I’m gonna get a crib, baby clothes, pram and god knows what else! Once the baby is here and child benefit and maternity hits in, we’ll be okay to sustain.. just don’t know what to do.

Sorry for the rant, just feel so bloody useless 😔
