How did you know you were having an ectopic pregnancy?

I have had intermittent left hip/groin pain, almost like a pressure or stabbing feeling. No bleeding. First pregnancy since a MC in May. Freaking out at every little feeling. How did you know/suspect an ectopic? Thanks in advance for sharing your story, this ttc/early pregnancy thing is really wearing me down. I’m 5w.

I was 5 weeks when I started lightly spotting. I knew was something was wrong because my tests remained faint. I didn’t have much pain just an ache here and there. My hcg was rising normal. I went on for a sonogram and they saw free fluid and no sac. They sent me to er where I had surgery and a diagnosed ovarian ectopic, apparently it’s pretty rare.

I had no symptoms at all. I had a blazing positive at 6 weeks and no visible gestational sac. And a very strong intuition that something was very wrong.

I have extremely sharp pain deep in the pelvic area... also felt sharpness and pressure in the rectum. I wasn’t bleeding either. I was 5 weeks when I had my surgery for ectopic. Good luck hun 💕

I was 5 weeks with both ectopics. I had right side pain going down my leg n around my back. Bleeding also
