When did you start on a schedule with your baby? My little guy is almost 7 weeks and I feel like I’m not doing enough to help him.

During the day we do tummy time, play in his bouncer and eat a lot. He HATES taking a nap, it takes about 30 minutes to get him to fall asleep and will only sleep when I hold him during the day, as soon as I put him down he wakes up.

He gets a bath every other day around 7:00. We start our bedtime routine around 8:30 or 9:00. He eats, gets swaddled, changes his diaper, eats some more we read and go to bed for the night around 9:30.

He wakes up religiously at 2:30(ish)am and 5:00(ish)am to eat. And since I’m still on maternity leave for a few more weeks we get out of bed at some time between 8-10 depending on how the night went.
