Long story but please help!

I have had the iud since January of 2019. I got my period on July 14th 2020 and all my test came up positive (I’ll post pictures). I went to the obgyn they took my iud out and there test came back negative. I also got my blood work this morning and it was negative. My problem is I having is if I lost the baby. I took a test this morning and it had a faint line and now I’m bleeding. It could be my period finally or idk I’m just so confused.
