My MIL put a picture on facebook of my SIL’s daughter and captioned it “the love of our lives” and talked about what a great kid she was and they will always love her no matter what. The thing is, we have two sons and my SIL has another daughter. My sons are too little to know or care but I feel kind of bad that she seems to have favorites.

I’ve never really gotten along with my MIL. Nothing huge or earth shattering- we just have different personalities and disagree a lot. It’s not totally surprise but I feel bad for my husband and kids.
