Pain on one side but not from an Ovary?

So I'm 7 weeks 2 days and I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks 2 days everything looked normal. I'm having little pains and a light pressure on the lower left side of my stomach. I only have one ovary and fallopian tube and its on the right so I don't know what it is. Anyone experience this?

It could be your colon, constipation and gas can cause dull pains in that area. I've had the exact same thing and I am 7 weeks 5 days. Only reason I recognise it is I am a celiac and am aware of the area xx

I’m having the same problem! I’m pretty sure it’s gas or constipation. I’ve went but only a tiny bit and it was hard to go!
