Just want a family who loves me

So I'm my mom's only child. Never been close to my gma. My mother has stage 4 cancer and yesterday we had a surprise bday party for her. My gma got her a nice gift and today I called gma to let her know something about my mom's doctor. She then tells me if any thing happens to my mom she wants the gift back. Like wtf...i don't need nor want the gift and im sure its going to be the last thing on my mind if my mom passes. She's my best friend. Im tired of this toxic relationship with my gma and idk what to do anymore. I just wish I had a gma who loved me 😭😭
