Ways to help with insomnia
I'm super nervous cause I'm moving into my own place, it'll be the first time completely on my own cause I usually have a roommate.
But my insomnia can get really bad, it's not so much the lack of sleep its more that I get nightmares, I wake up and think I hear or see things, my heart will be pounding fast and I breath fast.
I have melatonin but it doesn't always help, I'll drink sleepy time tea, take a hot shower, I've tried essential oils but honestly haven't given it much of a chance. It really affects my mood and health cause if it happens consistently then I start to feel sick.
Any tips on how I can get better quality sleep?
