TTC and *Trying *To (stay) *Calm

I’m 6 DPO & definitely feeling less “omg i need to test every second”. Not that I don’t want to but for my sanity, I’m not.

Y’all know what I mean! Lol!

It’s still so so hard though!!

SO HARD To not analyze every damn feeling my body goes through.

I want a baby more than I can even articulate but I am definitely trying to “go with the flow” for my mental health’s sake.

If AF shows up then instead of being super depressed, I’ll tell myself my body is ‘working’ which is good....and then I’m going to pick one thing, to do for myself, to focus on. Just for the next month. Whether its getting cardio in every day for 30 mins or journaling each day of the month...whatever it is. I need something. Just to keep me focused on something other than what “I did wrong”.

Anyone else have tips they’d like to share on ways to keep themselves occupied during the shitty two week wait?
