Very slight cramping in my uterus on right side on August 2, 5 & 13th

First month TTC our second child. Ive bd every two days while I had clear/milky white stringy cm during the last week of July. Is it possible I conceived?

I’ve had pregnancy symptoms such as more cm, my back is hurting, headaches, weight gain, bloating, moody/emotional And sore nipples for 4 days.

Is there anyone in the same boat as me or has experienced this before a BFP?

Also: I just got off of BC July 24th 2020
