29 weeks, baby moving alot

Hey, I am 29 weeks and baby will kick, punch and roll around constantly for more than an hour, every couple of hours all day and night. She has been like this for over a month now. Not my first baby but its definitely been a while (10 years) since my last pregnancy so I was just wondering if this is normal 🤔😅
