Is it a boy

Am I dreaming? Could this be real? Anyone else expecting a boy or boys or previously had any boys that can also help me wrap this around my head that it is indeed a baby boy.. we lost our son previously when I was 4 months along and we prayed for a second chance and just are in so much disbelief that our dreams could actually be coming a reality!!! I’m in so much disbelief I actually think it could be the umbilical cord since the tech said she was only 70 % sure but for now she’s going to say boy... what do you guys think?? Omg i feel so stupid lol but guys I seriously have prayed for a baby boy for many years and I can’t believe this is real... I still have not even shared my pregnancy on social media yet!!
