HELPPPP
i went to the waterpark one day and came back fine but the next day i was driving around and i noticed i was getting red dots all on my face. the next morning i noticed i started getting them all over my body and i don’t know what they are 😫😫 last time i went to a waterpark i had the same thing but they were bigger this time they’re smaller but there’s a lot more... anybody know what this might be?? they don’t itch or anything
