I passed baby last Thursday and still feel completely exhausted. How long were you out of work?

I passed my baby who measured 6w2d sac was almost 9 weeks on Aug 15th. I took 5 days off but im still having side affects extremely tired, headaches and have some bleeding still. If you can take more time off so you can heal properly. Sending you prayers during this time 💕
