This is my 4th pregnancy and have never experienced a miscarriage I am going to the doctors for an ultrasound in a few hours and I’m super nervous. Last night I had pink and brown spotting went to bed and when I woke up this morning and I wiped it was more of a deep red with brown and a small amount dropped into the toilet. Now I’m only getting brown spotting here and there. I have had very mild cramps off and on. Has anyone experienced this before? So for all the little details I’m just so curious. Thank you all
