Pineapple?

Anyone eat pineapple day of embryo transfer and 5 days after and conceived?

I cut 1 pineapple into fifths and ate the first 1/5 the morning of my transfer, then had the other pieces each morning for 4 days after my transfer. My acupuncturist also recommended it. I love pineapple so it was a treat! I’m not sure if it actually helped, but my embaby DID implant, so I’ll be doing it for future transfers as well.

Nope. I just went on living my life as usual and am currently 12+1. Don’t stress so much about what you should or shouldn’t do. All you really need to do is wear socks and show up for the transfer. The baby and your body will take care of the rest.

I had pineapple each day between retrieval & transfer and none after transfer, nor did I eat the McD’s 🙈 or have special socks 😂.. I took it easy the day of transfer - had a nice lunch with my partner, had a nap on the couch that evening and he cooked. Then resumed normal life the day after - just avoided strenuous work! Currently 29 weeks ❤️

I did, and I had Mc Donald’s fries right after transfer, kept my feet warm (transfer was in January), watched lots of funny movies. I’m currently 35 weeks

I did but I also love pineapple!! Hehe I think I just use my transfer day to eat more! And I also ate McDonald’s fries and wear warm socks. I am also unsure if any of it really worked but I am 16+5 today!!

I did!!!! I’m sure it’s not the pineapple that helped conceive but I don’t think it hurts.

Nope! I ate whatever I wanted and took my prenatal vitamin. I’m 8 weeks today.
