This seems odd to me... help

So my last appt was at 26 weeks, I had a follow up at 29 weeks- 3 weeks later. I assumed I would be going every two weeks from my 29 week appt on. This is my 4th pregnancy and I swear it’s every 2 weeks until 36 then it becomes weekly. My OB said she’ll see me in a month. A month?! I’ll be 33 weeks? Does this seem odd?? This will be only my 7th appt this entire pregnancy!!! I mean, don’t get me wrong I cringe going so frequently seeing that number on the scale keep going up and up and up but to space out an appt a month out in my third trimester doesn’t sit well with me.
