Bumps on ear? My baby has these bumps on his ear and they look green and there’s one on the back of it. What could it be??

This is gross, but is it kinda crusty? My boy has BAD baby acne and has this on his ears as well. It’s kinda scabbed over. I’ve been using a gentle soap every night with a cloth to kinda exfoliate it and then using coconut oil on it each time I nurse him. It seems to be helping quite a bit!

My daughter get bits of ear was on her her lobe and it looks a little greenish with her skin. I can easily scrape hers off with a finger nail. It is hard to tell from the pictures if it could be that.
