Belly girdle
So I ordered a postpartrum belly girdle and am planning on using it right after delivery. It had legitimate reviews and was cheap so why not. My question is has any of you ladies ever used one ? How successful was it for you ? Both with posture and getting back to your pre pregnancy size ? :)
