I’ve had an iud since February (kyleena). I’m sexually active and have safe sex but last week we had a slip up and I’ve had extremely bad cramps and yesterday I had a constant fever of 101.4° F, Tylenol didn’t take it down. Then while bathing I found discharge that looked almost like fetal tissue, it was clumpy with grey and brown. I thought it was old blood but it was a different consistency than my typical period. I read that a pregnancy can still come out positive a few days after a miscarriage. I’m planning on taking one but idk if it will be accurate since it’s such an early pregnancy if it is at all. Since I passed it, I haven’t had a fever or felt sick
