Has any other moms successfully gotten baby to latch after a month?

My baby was born via Csection and was taken straight to the NICU for some blood sugar issues. Right off the bat they gave her a binky which I told them not to😑 we also had to supplement formula with a bottle. Lucky enough my husband took 3 weeks off and I have been pumping every 3 hours and giving her my breast milk but now he has to go back to work and I have no idea how I am going to make pumping like this work once he is gone. So I am considering switching to formula but I really dont want to and feel horrible about it.

Any advice
