Swollen feet should I worry?

Today I am 10 weeks +1 day and my feet have been super swollen. I am thinking it’s too soon to experience my feet being that swollen. Anybody going through this? Should I be worried?

Elevate your feet. Maybe lean them against the wall while lying on the bed.

Make sure you’re drinking enough water, not eating too much sodium and are doing plenty of regular exercise like walking
