My son climbed out of the crib. 🤦🏻‍♀️ not sure how it happened. I’m reading my daughter good night stories. Dad is rocking him in the other room. Put him in the crib because Mother Nature called. Little guy is crying screaming. Then all of a sudden the door swings open and he walks in like a deer in head lights (probably super shocked but impressed with himself). Hopefully he landed okay. This happened with my daughter around this age and we had to remove the wire support in the crib lowering the mattress to the ground. 😪 and we had just started putting him in the crib to put himself to sleep for naps (after rocking for >30 min- he’s been super difficult going down) and he started putting himself down after like 10-20 min. Now I’m worried he’s learned this new skill and he’ll be trying to climb out all the time. Why can’t I slow down time so he can stay little!
