Loosing weight BEFORE getting a BFP?

Hey Ladies,

Is there anyone out there TTC who is also trying to loose a few lbs? I’m about 15lbs over my ideal weight (thanks Quarantine😩) and I don’t know how to get motivated to loose weight because my mind is like “ummm you’re just going to gain it all back WHEN I get pregnant”

How do you all stay motivated? I know I’d have a MUCH healthier pregnancy if I lost some of these pesky pounds now.

Edited to add: I’m 5’1” and 150lbs....I’ve had previous success with WW (weight watchers) and intermittent fasting, so that is probably what I would do again! Any tips or words of encouragement are helpful! XOXOX PS this is me right now- not pregnant 🥺
