My boyfriend said this but my uncle and my auntie are splitting up and today was his last day to spend with me before i don’t see him.. am i over reacting or is this fine for him to act like this?

Honestly i’m kinda like him. I get really really anxious and I get nervous when my bf doesn’t text for a long time cuz we text everyday, almost all day unless one of us is doing something. He’ll get over it and move on. He was probably just worried.

It sounds normalish to me. I mean it's one thing if you had told him prior that you had plans but you didn't and left him wondering what you were doing and why you weren't answering the phone. He didn't want you to say on the phone just a quick hey babe hanging with my uncle, I'll talk to you in a bit, you probably suffice.

He’ll get over it. You have every right to not be on your phone even for 10 seconds if you don’t want to be. You were giving your attention to your family and you are not obligated to text him when you are spending time with your family. It wasn’t a good time for you to be texting and that’s that. Why does it even bother him so much that he didn’t hear from you for a while? Does he not trust you or something?￼
