Threatened miscarriage

*NO I DIDNT HAVE A MISCARRIAGE* So this post is more to help prevent anyone from going through. Everyone knows pregnancy causes constipation and omg today I just had to go but it wouldn’t come out and I pushed way to hard 😭 at 14w I started to bleed and the panic came into affect I’m o negative and had to rush to the hospital thankfully it’s literally next to my house they did an ultrasound and a transvaginal the baby is okay and everything else is okay thankfully but I’m on strict no pushing or lifting orders. So ladies please please please don’t try to force your number 2 out the hospital is not fun and bleeding is super scary.i was given the RhoGAM shot since I’m O negative
