My 18 month girl amazes me with how quickly she learns. She is now saying over 500 words, constantly learning new words each day. Her most recents words are xylophone, mask, YouTube, and slippery... these are not words that I’ve explicitly taught her but that she’s picked up on her own somehow. We have magnetic letters on our fridge and she started picking them up and naming them while I was washing dishes 🤯 I quizzed her and she only knew about 6 letters but it just shocked me Bc it’s not something I ever taught her. Anyone else here have a little one with a big vocabulary?
