Best prenatal????

Hey guys! What’s your fav prenatal vitamins? And does anyone take an extra DHA supplement along with their prenatal??

I take the prenatal from Douglas Laboratories. It has folate instead of the synthetic man made folic acid. It’s estimated that 60% of people can’t properly convert the folic acid so folate is super important. It helps prevent midline defects. I take a fish oil from Pure Encapsulations because it has the proper DHA to EPA ratio which is important per my naturopathic doctor. Other recommended prenatals are the Garden of Life raw prenatal and one from Seeking Health.
